The project at 511 East Coast Road comprises two three-story standalone houses and one twostory house on an 809m² piece of land. This location, situated at one of the highest points on the North Shore, offers panoramic views of Rangitoto Island, the Sky Tower, and Albany. The construction of this property took 8 month from soil excavation to practical completion.

Upon first inspecting the land, we identified its significant potential for several reasons: 511 East Coast Road is located in the heart of the North Shore, just a five-minute walk from Rangitoto College, making it a prime investment property due to its placement in one of the best public school zones. The site is classified as a Mixed Housing Urban zone, allowing for higher height relative to boundary regulations, enabling us to construct houses up to three stories high. This zoning provides additional living space and enhances the property's overall comfort. Additionally, the site's natural altitude, combined with the three-story building height, guarantees unobstructed, breathtaking views of Rangitoto Island, the Sky Tower, and the North Shore, spanning from Rosedale to Albany. These views were a critical consideration during our planning stages to maximize the property's potential.

Furthermore, the left side of the site borders a council reserve, ensuring no future developments will obstruct the view. This unique feature adds significant value to the property, providing a sense of privacy and guaranteeing the preservation of the stunning panoramic vistas.
